What is your refund policy?
MonarchAIO Renewal is a digital product: you are buying licensed access to software for your billing period, and that access is delivered in full the moment your purchase completes through Whop. The software is a tool, not a results service — it does not guarantee checkouts, order fulfillment, or profit, and results depend on things we do not control, including retailer stock, site changes, cancelled orders, and your own proxies, accounts, and setup. Bugs, downtime, or a site being temporarily unsupported are handled through support and do not count as non-delivery. Because access is instant, all sales are final: no refunds or credits for unused time, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with results. You can cancel anytime in Whop to stop future renewals; cancelling ends billing at the end of your current period and does not refund it. Chargebacks and payment disputes are not permitted once access has been delivered — filing one results in immediate, permanent loss of access and a ban from future products, and will be contested with the payment processor using your purchase, delivery, and usage records. By purchasing, you confirm you are the authorized cardholder, that you have read and agree to these terms, and that our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current billing period.
